Host Jeff Salkin will be joined by Arthur Fergenson, Senior Counsel with law firm Morison Ansa, and Sherrilyn Ifill, Professor of Law, University of Maryland School of Law.
Fergenson has been an attorney for 35 years, and was chosen by Chief Justice Warren E. Burger to be one of his law clerks during his October 1973 term. Ifill is nationally recognized as an advocate in civil rights, voting rights, judicial diversity, and has appeared on NBC Nightly News as well as local network news broadcasts as a consultant and expert during recent Supreme Court confirmation hearings.
